Abstract EN

This study is aiming at explaining the grammatical points of views of Sadrul Al-Afadhil Al- Khawarizmi in his book " Al-Takhmeer".That book is one of the paraphrasing and explaining books of "Al-Mufassal",the book of Al-Zamkhashri.

Al-Khawarizmi has taken great deal of his consideration to explain it.In addition, he followed Al-Zamkhashri in dividing his book into four sections ;Nouns,Verbs,Articles,and a section containing all the three mentioned.

The methodology of explaining the topic based on choosing grammatical problems that occurred in Al-Takhmeer book in which Al-Khawarizmi discussed the grammatical points of views of different grammarians.

In this study, the researcher mentioned some problems that Al-Khawarizmi agreed and others that he didn't in addition to other grammatical views on which he didn't give his own opinion.
