Its is natural that the issue of democracy has become a task of the Arab peoples K which long suffered decades of tyranny of the ruling political elites .this was the dream of the peoples for freedom and political pluralism and human rights and social justice.

This was the peoples slogans and clear at every opportunity available to them to express their desire for political change toward real democracy .

Therefore the aim the research is to shed the light on the impact of the Arab political reality on the pross of democratic transition .

And also know the obstacles posed by politically and economically and socially this environment with the knowledge of the future of democratic transformation of the impact of the political .
