Abstract EN

The European Union (EU) is the most successful and unique module of economic and political union in the world.

After several attempts, the United Kingdom became a member of the European Union in (1973), ever since the relationship between Britain and the European Union is tidal, because this accession was not already a consensus.

Britain has always considered the EU in terms of its own interests.

Also, the United Kingdom has a privileged position within the EU because of its political and historical role in many issues.

There are exceptions to EU laws that do not apply to Britain.

Exceptions resorted to the use of membership card to resolve the electoral conflict, as "David Cameron" did in the election (2015).

After completing (43) years and via the “Brexit” referendum most of British people voted for leaving the EU.

The “Brexit” will have an impact on a number of issues and relations, including British-American relations.

This study presented three scenarios on this regard.

It believes that a more expected scenario is continuity and progress in relations between the United Kingdom and the United States.
