Abstract EN

This study tends to show the extent of the impact of the strike as a protest union among teachers of secondary and technical education (cnapest) to achieve the demands of the professional, in the presence of other medium like negociation and dialogue, to find out the perceptions of protesters and to determine these repeateddemands in several situations, which considered for them rights legitimately imposed by conditions and changes of Algerian society at all social and economic levels.

we relied on the interview technique with fifteen (15) teachers from three (03) high schools, as well as the audience with these syndicat members by the discussion of those gains which they struggled for a long time, and among other things we came up with: - The strike is the only way to improve the socioprofessional situation for the professor and the basic solution under the policy of escape and procrastination by the ministry commandment.

S, today, the strike has really become a rational and conscious solution which teachers(social actors) crosses through about their demands, by developing a strategic plan to change the rules of the game and exploit the margin of freedom available for the development of new rules and to rearrange power bases.

this was expressed by respondents (the strike is inevitable), as we can see that the achievement of professional demands does not limit the phenomenon(the strike), because society is in constant dynamic,so the changes witnessed by the Algerian society of high purchasing power and the increasing livingcost made the professional rights in line with those transformations.

That is why we decided to provide this intervention according to the following plan: Abstract in Arabic and English language, introduction, concepts defintion, strike chronology in educational institutions, methodology procedures, the strike as a solution to achieve professional demands, a conclusion and references.
