Abstract EN

This paper deals with the intellectual conflict between two different systems in the curriculum and the practice.

In fact, some of the issues related to the practice of Sufism have been the subject of discussion and intellectual debate by many jurists who did not hesitate to express their opinions on Sufism which did not cease, but was able to impose its presence, especially in the period of crisis in various Islamic countries.

In this paper, we tend to highlight the most important issues that jurists handled in their legitimacy, and try to evaluate some of the behavioral and doctrinal deviations of Sufism in various ways, the most important of which is the issuance of fatwas and isolation for the authorship in this section.
