Abstract EN

The study examines the freedom of movement in the Algerian constitution and the international and regional conventions.

It finds that freedom of movement is one of the most important rights and freedoms, and depriving man of this freedom deprives him of other freedoms such as education and work.

The study also shows that international and regional conventions have approved freedom of movement.
