Abstract EN

The study dealt with the role of human resources management in the labor force in the Sudanese companies.

Where development study aimed to clarify the meaning and concept of human resources planning and knowledge of the role of human resources management in workforce development and knowledge of the extent to which can be reach, to achieve this important aspect in the management process.

Researcher followed the descriptive historical and statistical analysis of the questionnaire, which based on the information collection and analysis using Statistical Package for Social Science (Spss).

The study included the concept of manpower planning, human resources and the problems facing the planning.

Also addressed the steps for setting up the training program and evaluation and dealt with as well as examine the situation in Premiere factory food production worked study on the procedure that the field survey and processing statistical data display and analysis of questionnaire results, and the results and recommendations of the study is the most important findings to her :- 1.

The proper planning HR leads to cost reduction 2.

Contributes to human resource planning in the inventory and distribution of tasks the justness 3.

Human resources planning an important role in the development process and training institutions operating powers.

In light of these findings, provide some special researcher human resources planning recommendations and the need to develop long-term plans for human resources ,with the need for participation of heads of sections and departments in the developed and attention to internal and external training.
