Abstract EN

This research deals with the issue of equality between man and woman.It's one of the most controversial issues in the family life in particular,which requires compatibility and cooperation in order to carry the burdens and carry out the duties.

In this research we explain the meaning of equality between man and woman and that it is decided into absolute and fair equality and that the difference between them lies in formation and properties,this leads to difference in commissioning and jobs.

Thus,there is no way to talk about absolute equality; there is only fair equality,taking into account the specificity of each one,the understanding of the meaning of equality and its application on the legitimate face it's that which puts things right, achieves the meaning integration,and safeguard the position of each one inside the society
