Never mind the legal grounds, gave by advocates of the humanitarian intervention, the principle of sovereignty has been the most strong and effective, among all of those justifications.

According to that, the solution does not lie in pleading any international intervention, based on the slogan of humanitarian motive, but is grounded in a new framework of this sovereignty, which allows intervention, without any prejudice or attaint to it.

Within the rise of human security approach, a new concept for national security has been adapted, the issue that changed the stream of international relations, precisely the sovereignty principle.

Instead of sovereignty as a right, or a legal exclusive affair to the state, the human security approach, has established a responsible sovereignty principle.

Proceeding from this, the state fails in protecting its citizens, or its violations of any of their rights, will be considered as a failure in implementing its responsibilities, and by this other nations will give themselves, the right to intervene, under the motto of protection, bringing reliefs, or securing those peoples, facing difficulties, without any trend in conceptualizing that as a national sovereignty attaint
