The study aimed to develop a modern vision of the natural features of the Palestinian monetary arrangements in the current situation, which was characterized by rigid implementation of the peace agreements and the absence of a Palestinian currency, and the United Nations resolution to bring Palestine as an observer in the United Nations ,and the expiration of the Paris economic agreement which restricted the issuance of the Palestinian currency, And that's where the Palestinian currency is an important elements of the economy and a symbol of national sovereignty, and their importance in curbing the losses suffered by Palestinian economy, It has become imperative for the researchers to reconsider their researches that revolves around the issuance of Palestinian currency, the researcher offers hypothesis arrangements included monetary options and alternatives to the issuance of the Palestinian currency ,the study recommended to create a Palestinian Monetary board as a framework to govern the issuance and managing the Palestinian currency while retaining the PMA for carrying on the traditional functions in controlling the banking sector in Palestine ,and the new Palestinian currency poses through inclusion as an additional currency trading instead of full replacement in the Palestinian market and traded for other currencies involved without withdrawn from the Palestinian market ,also the issuance of the Palestinian currency would be gradually instead of full release, and the mass of cash does not exceed the total volume of cash in circulation, the study also recommended alternatives hypothesis to the issuance policy
