Abstract EN

The study examines the hypothesis of uncertainty in the Islamic economic jurisprudence.

It identifies “uncertainty” and presents quotations from the sources of jurisprudence that explain the meaning of “uncertainty.” It also mentions the fundamentals of this hypothesis and their legitimate evidence from the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and lists the reasons for uncertainty with an example of uncertainty and otherwise derived from the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence.

Furthermore, it shows the impact of the hypothesis of uncertainty in the construction of the regulations of the related financial transactions.
