One of the most important determinants of the competitiveness of industries, is the spread of the phenomenon of industrial clusters, which has stood behind the interpretation of the distinction of a particular country in industries without the other, a phenomenon that every country seeking to enhance its competitiveness must consider it seriously and with great interest, as the case of Algerian economy.

Industrial clusters are one of the most important pillars of economic and social development.

These clusters play an effective and influential role in bridging the gap between the large capital and the means of it’s employment and contributing to raising the competitive export capacity of the society.
