Abstract EN

This research aimed to identify the relationship between personality traits and quality of counseling services of educational counselors in Makkah, the researcher used the descriptive approach and the study sample consisted of (94) counselors from all academic levels of public education and the researcher used Eysenk scale of personality, translation Abdul khaSq (1991), and quality of counseling services scale prepared by Abdullah& al-Ghanmi (2016).

The study reached to the fbflowing results: there is statistically significant correlation between personality traits and quality of counseling services, and there is correlation statistically significant positive between extraversion and quality of counseling services, while there is no correlation statistically significant between the quality counseling services and Psvchoticism and researcher found correlation statistically significant negative between the quality counseling services and Neuroticisni there are no statistically significant differences between the counselor specialists and non-specialists in personality traits according to the variable of specialization wide there is statistically significant differences in the quality of counseling services according variable of specialization in lavor of specialists and finally may can predict by the quality of counseling services from extraversion The researcher recommended to prepare some tests to harmDiaze between personality traits and counseling career when the department of counseling and guidance want candidateship some teachers for counseling, and make relationship with universities to preparing professional courses by academics better ton that taken in the training centers.
