Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify higher education teachers' attitudes towards total quality management principles in education as customer satisfaction, continuous enhancement, workers participation, qualifying leadership, team work, learning and training, according to two variables : gender and the division that the teacher studies.

The results of the study show that : - There are no significant differences in higher education teachers' attitudes toward some principles of the total quality management attributable to gender and division variables.

- Teachers’ attitudes towards the principles of total quality management in education are in the positive side.
