Abstract EN

This study aimed at discovering the relationship between organizational change and the quality of higher education.

It was carried among a sample of higher education faculty at the University of M’sila.

A random sample was used for the study; it was composed of 62 faculty members from six different departments in the college of Humanities and Social Sciences.

A number of quality education indices were tested; they included quality performance of faculty members, quality of curricula, quality of university knowledge and quality of research outputs.

The study used a descriptive method and statistical measurements to test a number of hypotheses.

The results showed that there was a positive statistically significant correlation at 0.01 between organizational change and quality of teaching.

A weak correlation between organizational change and faculty teaching performance was found.

A similar weak correlation was found between organizational change and a number of indices including quality of curricula, university education, and the quality of research outputs.
