Abstract EN

This present study is designed to examine, investigate and to shed light on the current challenges, issues which face United Arab Emirates elementary school principals.

Moreover, the result of this study shows that the school principals are fully aware of the significance of understanding these issues created in their schools.

The sample of the study consisted of (210) principals, (120) females and (90) males.

They are chosen randomly.

Two main questions were submitted to them to be answered : As a headmaster or a headmistress, identify the three most important problems you face it in your school ? Classify these problems and why you consider them to be ? The study findings were : The statistics indicates that United Arab Emirates principals are qualified and well equipped with long experience in administrative work and education.

The Ministry of Education rules are central and no authority for funding is in the principal’s hand.

The majority of the school principals, males and females face the same The result of the study revealed that the problems facing the schools were : Financial, administrative, educational, social and behavioral problems.
