Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the Professional Development from the perspective of the faculty members at Al Quds Open University at Palestine.

The researchers used the descriptive method in their study.

The study population consisted of all full time faculty members (supervisors) at the academic year 2015 / 2014, totaling 330 members, while the study sample, randomly selected, consisted of (197) individuals.

The researchers used questionnaire as a tool to achieve the objectives of the study, consisted of (52) items distributed over two aspects.

Results of the study indicated that the professional development of the faculty members at Al Quds Open University came with a high degree, with average (3.70) and a standard deviation (0.69), while the obstacles came moderately, with average (3.21).

In the light of these results, the study came up with a number of recommendations.
