Abstract EN

The study aimed to build standards for the evaluation of the PhD program of management and educational planning at the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic, and evaluate the program from students point of view,, the study used descriptive survey method, and questionnaire as a tools that have been applied on a population of (145) of male and female students.

A total of (124) students responded representing (85.5 % ) of the study's population.

The most important results of this study were the following : - The Evaluation of the PhD program in Educational Planning and Administration of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University From students point of view was Averaged.

- All concerned subject in this study had an average results.

The Order of the concerned subject was as follows: Scientific content, the process of teaching and learning, support services, and scientific oversight, program management.

- There were a statistical significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) or less due to gander variable in favor of males at the program management and the Objectives and scientific content of the program.

While there were no differences in the rest of the subjects.
