Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the effect of using social networks in disseminating culture of peace among female students of Hail University in Saudi Arabia, the researcher used analytical descriptive approach.

The study sample consisted of (250) female students of the university aforementioned.

To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was designed to measure the effect of using social networks in disseminating culture of peace.

The results showed that the three most communication means used are (Facebook), (Whats App), and (Twitter).Still, there is an effect of social media in disseminating culture of peace among female students of Hail University in Saudi Arabia.

In light of the study results, the researcher recommends to form targeted youth groups on Facebook that claim social and cultural issues to share knowledge and spread benefit.
