Show theoretical macroeconomic relationship or correlation between the components of the national economy, or device economic, and therefore the interpretation of economic phenomena and their consequences, and therefore put before the economic policy makers the means to predict the outcome of economic policies that are in the process developed and economic decision-making through them, where that the basic objective of economic policy is the effect on real activity, any attempt to raise the level of GDP, or reduce the slumping whether at the level of full employment, and considers the two policies of fiscal and monetary of the most policies used to influence the gross domestic product in the desired direction, so we will address in this research into the effectiveness of each of the two policies in effect at the level of real activity in the light of an open economy and closed economy.
