Abstract EN

The study illustrates the concept of negotiation in general, and focuses on the importance of topography and demography of the West Bank in relation to the Israeli security, and in relation to which extent they play a major role in the negotiation between Palestinians and Israelis.

The study evaluates Madrid Peace Conference, October 1991, where different Arab states and representatives of Palestinians participated, in addition to Israelis, under the supervision of the United Stated and the Soviet Union.

The study examined the perspectives of three different main Israeli political parties that governed Israel in different stages since the signing of Oslo Agreement 1993.

These parties are the Labor party, Likud party and Kadima party, which represent the parties of the lift, right and center respectively.

The study clarifies the main principles of the above-mentioned Israeli political parties (left, center and right) that govern the negotiations with Palestinians.

The study attempts to express whether there are differences between these parties regarding the final settlement with Palestinians concerning main issues such as, the two states solution, Jerusalem, Palestinian refugees, Israeli settlements and the border between Israel and Palestine.

The study used analytical descriptive method to illustrate the Israeli principle of negotiations.

The study illustrated the relationship between the rise of these parties in the Israeli general elections and the peace process.
