Abstract EN

The research aims to demonstrate the yield from the educational training of the youth in the light of some variables.

The descriptive analytical method has been used for being the widest used method in studying the social phenomena, and it suits the studied phenomenon.

The research community included the trainees in the state ministry of youth affairs in the state of Kuwait, the project "wathiq (sure)" (7200) inspected undergoing training, and research sample consisted of (350) inspected male and female of trainees.

A questionnaire of the educational training has been designed through references of some educational literature in this regard and some previous studies results.

Results indicated to differences in the total score of the educational training questionnaire between the male and female trainees.

Results also showed superiority of the male trainees to the female trainees in their vision of effectiveness of the educational training.

Results verified superiority of trainees with the literature qualification for trainees with scientific qualification in their awareness of the importance of educational training.

Moreover, results showed superiority of the trainees in the following age levels (from 25 to less than 30 years), (30 to less than 35 years) for trainees aged (from 35 to less than 40 years).
