Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to highlight the phonology studies by one of the experts on Islamic Fiqh, Abu Shijae Muhammad Bin Ali (Abn al-Ddahan al-faqih al-Fardi) through the introduction of his book ' Taqwim al-nazar fi masayil khilafia dhayiea, wa nabadh modhabia nafiea ' which is a Fiqh book.

This research also highlights his words on sounds and the classification of sounds articulation, sound sections, and defects of speaking, which comes within the phonology studies by the experts of Islamic Fiqh, in which their studies and books had excelled with diversity, cognitive and scientific integration.

The research conclusions: -How Abn al-Ddahan had figured out the natural way for classified language sounds into silent sounds and spoken sounds.

-Abn al-Ddahan al-faqih al-Fardi's description of sounds articulation and how it matches with the description by Saybawih and who came after him.

Except that is Abn al-Ddahan has taken his own way by shortened the description of sounds articulation in a way which it won't be far from what Saybawih and the audience had said.

-Abn al-Ddahan al-Faqih al-Faradi considered one of the first who had talked about the sound sections and types by its notion today in the modem phonology science.
