In this research, we investigate whether there are a significant differences between two types of leadership behavior (task-oriented / people oriented behavior) can due to the work experience and the type of occupation (supervisor / non supervisor).
The results reveal no significant differences in supervisor’s leadership behavior (task-oriented / people oriented) due to the type of occupation (supervisor / non supervisor), and there are a significant differences between the two types of leadership behavior due to the work experience.
