Investment had a pivotal role in grown up of the economy forward in countries.

Therefore, countries are striving to provide the appropriate investment environment and encouraging environment to attract investments, especially foreign ones.

However, we considered one of the most important tools that these countries deliberately rely on is to make their legal system more competitive.

Hence, it is necessary to study and evaluate the legal environment in Algeria and its role in attracting foreign investments, especially in light of the financial crisis that is plaguing the country.
