Abstract EN

This article deals with the relationship between the scholars of Authority and their role in political life in Andalusia between the 2nd and 8th centuries.

This period includes two periods of rule between the illiteracy of the emirate and the caliphate.

The scholars were divided into two categories: And the second category, which is of interest in this subject participated in political life through the adoption of some administrative positions such as the Ministry, the judiciary, the embassy, and the mandate of the regions, writing, and some scientists had a clear impact on the stability of the state, some of them threatened Security, and tried to provoke some revolutions as happened in the revolution of the Hijaz year 189 AH / 805 AD, and revolution of spring 202 AH / 817 AD, in addition to attempts to overcome and isolate some of the caliphs.
