This study aims to identify various exercises and vocal movement in a child with cerebral palsy in a sample of children of different sex, disability type and age, which is why the purpose of the study was conducted on a sample of children with cerebral palsy Their number (04 children) were deliberately chosen after data collection.

We used exercises to treat facial facial movements and corrective swallowing exercises that helps the correct pronunciation process.

We used the case study methodology.

Once the results were collected and processed we found an improvement in speech after Pharyngeal facial exercise; And swallowing exercises for this class of children.
