Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to offer an overview of the role of social network sites (SNS’s) in the growing phenomenon of irregular immigration among Algerian youth, by identifying the most important economic, social and political push and pull factors that drive Algerian youth and attract them toward EU countries, also by highlighting the structure of modern networks of irregular immigration, and how attracted irregular immigrants, by identifying the importance of their social ties in irregular immigration, and how to create new social ties in the Facebook groups on irregular immigration and their role in providing material and moral social support, and in all forms of irregular immigrants, across the public sphere where irregular migrants continue to communicate and interact through social network sites.
