Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the social status of people with diabetes in the city of Laghouat taking into consideration the social and demographic changes that touched the Algerian family in particular, since they are classified as vulnerable in the Algerian society.

Moreover, many of them are suffering from a lack of attention to health care and medical treatment which result in deterioration in the psychological health condition.

Thus, the study 's sample has been estimated at 20 people with diabetes to measure the hypotheses of the study and achieve its goals.
