The objective of the study is to reveal the relationship between the professors skills in teaching and the motivation of students to learn .these skills are in a series of behaviors and activities that are characterized by accuracy and speed in the performance which rise the attention and concentration of students, creating their motivation learning.

The study found that there is a strong relationship between the professor skills in teaching and the motivation of students to learn.
