Abstract EN

This article is a study to strengthen the formal pedagogic learning program of the Social Learning Program, for effective use in the daily lives of mentally retarded people with moderate retardation.

The research tools were applied to a sample of 26 adolescents of moderate mental retardation aged 13 to 18 years who had been in the pedagogic custody of the Pedagogic Medical Center for more than 5 years.

Using the Columbia test and the man's test to diagnose IQ and measure the mental age of the sample .

And the measure of the growth of the behavior of mentally retarded to assess the effectiveness of the formal educational learning program.

Also the measure of social skills to estimate the effective use in the daily life of the mentally retarded, the middle degree.

SPSS, the CST, was also used to process search data and results by applying a T test to calculate the significance of differences for research hypotheses.

And reached the development of a pedagogical program that contributed to raising the performance of public behavior, and the level of social skills of the mentally retarded, the middle degree.
