Abstract EN

The US political Speech toward Iraq has been studied , from Its several aspects during 2003–2017, especially American decision-making institutions, like Presidency institution.The importance , the problem , answers of the main questions and sub - as well as the hypotheses have been studied .

this study has used the International Regime analysis and content analysis , The study has divided into two parts, the first has taken the role of The official American institutions in the occupation of Iraq in 2003 .

The first part has divided into three demands firstly institution of the presidency , the secondly Congress, while the third demand has taken the intellectual guidance of the activity actors in the ruling administration and its role in the occupation of Iraq .

The second part has taken the political speech of the American presidents toward Iraq 2003-2017, which was divided into three demands, firstly the American political speech during the period of George W.

Bush 2001-2008.

Secondly the political speech toward Iraq during the period of Barack Obama 2009-2016.

The third US political speech toward Iraq during the period of Donald Trump .
