The wakf occupies a great importance in the Islamic states, because of its role in the different fields of the life.
Algeria is like the others, is interested in the wakfs estates, especially after 1991 through its control notably by the restructuration of the administrative system to which the affairs of this estates managing is reserved ; for its development and sponsoring in order to achieve its purposes.
