Abstract EN

The principle of dignity has received great attention in constitutional discourse and in international texts as the primary source of all rights and freedoms, However, such protection may be affected by international changes related to international security and by scientific and technological development, which necessitates the renewal of constitutional discourse to keep abreast of the developments of science especially those relating to medicine and biology, this study focuses on comparing the care taken by the Algerian legislature to protect the principle of dignity with other countries.
