International organizations are one of the persons of public international law.

Its activities have expanded and increased significantly with the end of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century.Technology has developed at the same time or more so that the progress of countries measured by the knowledge they possess in the technological fields.

This is reflected in the effectiveness of these international organizations in carrying out their duties and has greatly influenced the field of collective security, development and human rights .Technological progress can contribute in the strengthening of collective security, and it is a source of development and is in the interest of protecting human rights as well.

All this can justify the need to constantly update international organizations to keep pace with technological progress.
