Abstract EN

This study comes as a treatment for the problem of illegal immigration in Algeria and the effectiveness of national and international mechanisms in combating it.

Perhaps the motive behind this is the importance of illegal migration, especially after its escalation in Algeria and its transformation from a country of transit to a country of stability.

The various indicators related to this phenomenon, and the strategies to combat them, began to analyze the national and international legal arsenal and the various efforts exerted by the different bodies at the national and international levels in confronting the ways in which migrants reach Rgbon access to them illegally.
