Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to try to highlight the contribution of financial information systems in activating financial collection in economic institutions.

To achieve this objective, a random sample of 32 users related to the collection process was selected at the level of commercial agencies of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Ouargla during the period 2015 to January 2018.

The questionnaire was used to collect and analyze data using statistical methods.

The data were processed by SPSS.

In this study has been reached the importance of financial information systems in the activation of the financial recovery process at the level of the commercial agencies of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Ouargla.
