The purpose of this study is to spotlight a development thesis, namely small and medium-sized enterprises and their role in reducing unemployment; Because of its adaptive capacity and the creation of employment positions, in view of the economic and social transformations that Algeria is undergoing, especially after the deterioration of oil prices.
This study has indicated that small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria in general and in the state of guelma in particular, Among the sectors that are highly reliable in addressing unemployment, with the state being singled out for all financial and material support for its advancement
