The aim of this paper is to evaluate the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the state of M’sila, The main concepts related to competitiveness and their indicators were addressed, The questionnaire was used as an essential tool for collecting information from the sample.

After testing the hypothesis of the study using the appropriate statistical methods and the SPSS program, it was found that the level of competitiveness of SMEs in the state of M’sila is up to the required level.
