Abstract EN

This paper discuss the options available to the developing countries rich in non-renewable natural resources in terms of how these resources should be allocated and managed among competing goals in order to achieve the well-being of successive generations, where We used the dynamic analysis of the efficiency of allocating depleting resources through the Ramsey-Koopmans-Cass model, which is one of the main models for analyzing the foundations of choice over time.

We showed that these economies have tended to deviate from the usual prescriptions based on the permanent income hypothesis, given the realities of these economies characterized by paucity of capital and poor infrastructure, as well as limited access to international financial institutions to borrow.

Based on recent studies, we suggest in this paper that it is better for these economies to use their revenues to promote investment in the local economy
