Small and medium-sized enterprises are a major driver for economic development and job creation, However, it should be noted that this sector in Algeria is still fragile and suffers from many instabilities and difficultiesthat require adaptation and interaction with the economic developments that the world is experiencing ,this situation has forced the Algerian public authorities to adopt several programs including the national upgrade program, to track developments in the context of economic globalization.
