Abstract EN

This research aims at explaining and clarifying the methods for measuring and managing financial risks for Salam formula, which the Sudanese Islamic banks contribute to the financing portfolio exposed to it, and the design model to measure the risks of Salam formula.

This research has come to the model that contains the types of Salam risks in the Sudanese banks, a credit risk and market risk and liquidity risk and rate of return risk, operational risk and their relative weights of the measure the and proposed standards for measurements and relative weight of each standard, and , the study used the descriptive and inductive analytical approach and , the statistical program in the Social Sciences (SPSS), and the program (Excel), and the questionnaire as a tool to gather information for the sample study.

The research has recommended for increased funding with formula of Salam and not restrict in agriculture only also good training for workers in the Islamic banks based on Islamic banking and finance.

And activate the risks banks departments and taking the Models risk managements and derived financial instruments from Salam formula
