Various studies indicate that it is the investment climate that governs the flow of investments around the world, and most Arab countries have made great efforts in recent years to improve their investment climate by creating all the conditions and conditions to attract investment through structural and economic reforms Algeria is among the countries that are trying to attract foreign investment and gain its benefits, where recently worked to create the appropriate investment climate to attract It has therefore taken several measures, including investments in infrastructure projects through public-private partnership contracts that would be a real breakthrough to create an attractive and attractive investment climate.
