Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the implications of using modern technology in providing services to improve the performance of banks operating in Palestine.

To achieve this objective, the researcher used the descriptive approach.

A questionnaire was designed to collect data from branch managers and heads of marketing departments in banks operating in the northern governorates of Palestine (West Bank), which has been distributed to a random sample of 112 individuals, where 84 completed questionnaires had retrieved, The study found that the banks operating in Palestine use modern technology to provide banking services, which reflects a positive effects on improving the performance of banks in terms of competitiveness, reducing costs, and the effectiveness of providing banking services in a timely manner and appropriate place.

It’s also meet the customers’ needs and facilitate the process of providing services to them, in order to achieve their satisfaction.
