The problem of this study is to assess the current situation of the social responsibility of the industrial organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Unfortunately many industrial organizations lack the mechanism which would allow them to determine their relative positions compared to other companies in relation to bearing social responsibility activities.

The main objectives of this study are to improve the level of social responsibility of industrial organizations by increasing the level of awareness of the social responsibility concepts, identifying the attitudes of employees working in such companies about the importance of their organizations' participation in social activities, identifying the main helping and constraining factors affecting the performance of the industrial organizations to social responsibility activities, and determining the skills needed by the managers to perform different activities needed by society in various economic, environmental, social, legal and cultural areas, The researchers relied on questionnaires method to obtain preliminary data, using Path Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling applications [SEM] to predict the organization social image in the community, and the level of performance of social responsibility conducted by the industrial organizations, One of the most important findings of this research is that the field of legal responsibility was the most influential variable in the societal image for the industrial organizations; furthermore, the social area was the least influential variable in the social image for the industrial organizations.

Moreover, some of the important findings were related to the financial area which influenced the level of social responsibility in the industrial organizations; on the other hand, the skills of managers required to carry out social activities were the least influential variables in social responsibility for the industrial organizations.
