Abstract EN

This study aims to make an evaluation of the strategy update and payment methods on the national fund for the provision of reserve-bank, pursued also by other public banks in Algeria for the development of banking services, especially in the period from 2013 to 2016, and within the context of the application of the World Bank recommendations and the WorldTrade Organization, as well as to enable these banks to develop their capacity to mobilize financial resources, especially those attached with cash in circulation outside the banking sector, and directed towards investment in projects that would achieve economic and social development.

The study found the following results: the use of modern electronic means of payment to replace traditional methods allows all transacting parties (the state, the bank, the customer) to achieve through several privileges: availability of liquidity, minimization of costs, performance of services and access to information fasterwith the possibility to overcome the difficulties facing the implementation, provision of equipment and means needed by banking information technology and communication, in addition to human resources training
