The study title is the creative approach in school administration to achieve efficient teaching performance , The study aimed to understand to what extent school administration practice creativity in implementation administration tasks The study targeted 40 adults and school directors who receive Questionnaires , After collecting and analyzing the information and testing the study hypothesis several findings were reached .

,One of the most important findings of the study is that this is the class relationship between creative approaches and administrative tasks that contribute positively to achieve the goals of schools efficiently.

Based on these findings, conclusions were reached, including a significant agreement that creativity is important in organizing individuals and identifying their required specialties.

In addition, a series of recommendations was concluded.

A key recommendation is to adopt the philosophy of modern management seriously because of the urgent need and to take advantage of its advantages in raising the level of educational performance.
