Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of government support programs in innovating designs and /or practices in the industrial enterprises supply chains; Through a case study for entreprise " "Hodna Milk" And affected by the milk production development program that has been adopted by the Algerian government in 2008 , And to achieve this goal, a deep interview has been adopted and a collection of questions were asked to some officials in the enterprise, in addition to the study of the various required documents and records.

The study reached several results, inwhich the most important was that the desire of "Hodna Milk" entreprise to benefit from the various formulas included in the government program which were imposed on to make radical and ameliorative changes in provisioning activity practices; as well as the introduction of new products to the Algerian market
