Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of applying the Deming standards for total quality in the development of performance in the light of the system of instructional technology in some faculties of education in the Sudanese university in teaching staff points of view .

To achieve this objective the researchers designed a questionnaire focusing on the extent of the application of the standards of total quality management by Deming in faculties of education in the Sudan university.

After evaluative procedures were applied to the questionnaire, the researchers distributed the questionnaire among (70) teaching staff members.

A descriptive analysis methodology has been used and different statistical tools such as Sign test, Spearman’s correlation coefficient were applied to analyse the data.

The following results has been achieved: The standard of total quality management set by Deming in the light of instructional technology system are applied to a great degree in terms of concerning managerial organization and also applied to a moderate degree in terms of human resources and community service
