Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the effect of using the direct instruction teaching method and info graphics drawings on learning the triple jump skill.

The study used the experimental method.

2 samples (control and experimental) group with a pre-post test design was used.

the sample consisted of 22 female students from the 1st level in the college of physical education and sport.

results revealed a significant differences in the distance jumped by the 2 groups favoring the experimental group.

This confirms the hypotheses of the study which supports the role of using info graphics for improving performance in the triple jump skill.

The study recommended using info graphics in teaching jumping skills and experimenting this in teaching other skills and urging teachers to design or use other cheap and easily used instructional aides.
